If a course page, offer, or written message includes a special guarantee or refund window, that specific promise controls for that offer.

  • Some services are informational pages, some are contact or waitlist experiences, and some are enrollment-request flows that require manual confirmation from our team.
  • We may update, pause, expand, or discontinue courses, cohorts, features, or pricing pages as the academy evolves.

  • You agree to provide accurate and current information when joining a waitlist, contacting us, or requesting enrollment.
  • If you use a separate dashboard or learning portal linked from this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of those credentials.

Enrollment, Pricing, and Payment Process

  • Pricing, billing cycle, duration, and course information are presented on the relevant course and pricing pages and may vary by program.
  • Submitting an enrollment request through a contact or enquiry form does not by itself guarantee admission, a seat, or immediate course access. Our team reviews the request and follows up with payment details and confirmation.
  • Where a course page includes plan context, the selected monthly plan forms part of your request.
  • All prices are shown in the currency listed for that course, including PKR where applicable.
  • Custom payment plans, enterprise arrangements, or special payment handling may be offered separately through direct contact with our team.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Special Guarantees

  • If a specific course page, offer, or written communication includes a refund promise, trial window, or satisfaction guarantee, that specific promise applies to that purchase or program.
  • If no specific refund promise is stated for a program, refunds, credits, or transfers are handled at our discretion based on the circumstances, timing, and whether access, scheduling, or delivery has already begun.
  • We reserve the right to refuse abusive refund requests, repeated chargebacks, or misuse of promotional offers.

Founding Waitlist and Promotional Offers

  • InsideDopamine may run limited waitlists or cohort promotions, including the founding learner offer visible on the website.
  • Waitlist spots and discounts are limited, subject to availability, and may close once the published capacity is reached.
  • Waitlist participation does not guarantee admission into a course, but it may reserve promotional eligibility if confirmed by our team.
  • Promotional discounts have no cash value and may not be transferable unless we explicitly state otherwise.
